Tip The Kitchen
Your gift stays in Durham — and goes directly into the work.
When you give to Kind Kitchen Group, you are funding real access for real young people. Ingredients, scholarships, stipends for paid youth leaders, event supplies, field exposure experiences, and the programming that changes how a young person sees themselves and their future.
Every dollar stays in Durham. None of the funds we receive go toward core organizational salaries. All of it goes into the work.

Your giving questions are answered clearly.

Directly into the work. Ingredients, Pay It Forward scholarships, stipends for paid youth leaders, event supplies, transportation, and the resources that make each program possible. We do not use donated funds for core organizational salaries. Every dollar goes into direct program delivery.

Yes. If you would like your gift to support a specific KKG program — Young Ag Society, The Flavor Lab, The Next Course, The People's Kitchen, or Test Kitchen Summer — note that in your donation or reach out to us directly at giving@kindkitchen.group
-
The Pay It Forward scholarship fund ensures that no young person is turned away from KKG programming because of cost. When you give to this fund, you are directly funding access for a young Durhamite whose family cannot cover the full program cost. It is one of the most direct ways your gift changes a life.
