Tip The Kitchen

Your gift stays in Durham — and goes directly into the work.

When you give to Kind Kitchen Group, you are funding real access for real young people. Ingredients, scholarships, stipends for paid youth leaders, event supplies, field exposure experiences, and the programming that changes how a young person sees themselves and their future.

Every dollar stays in Durham. None of the funds we receive go toward core organizational salaries. All of it goes into the work.

The Kind Kitchen Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses culinary education and socio-emotional learning to impact young people's foundational belief systems that determine outcomes across health, education, and wellbeing during the years when identity is most fluid. We utilize culinary education as the medium, not the message, to cultivate nourishment autonomy in every person we impact.
