You'll gently melt butter until it separates, then skim away the solids that cloud it, leaving something clear, golden, and able to take more heat. It's a technique about removing what hides the truth of an ingredient.
We bring the technique, and you bring your truth: the one that changed your life, or the story about yourself you're ready to let go of. Over the evening, we'll ask what happens when we stop performing and start being honest. You'll leave with one call to action to carry into May.
